Stella McCartney’s star-studded fashion show in Paris

Sir Paul McCartney, Kate Moss, rapper M.I.A and Olympic gold medalists Victoria Pendleton and Ellie Simmonds all sat front row at the Stella McCartney’s spring/summer 2013 show at Paris Fashion Week.

Stella’s collection was a relaxed affair, featuring many different white outfits in lose fits and slouchy, low-slung pieces.

Speaking about the collection backstage, Stella said: "Really, it was a conversation between a man and a woman, taking the boldness, the crispness, the fragility."

Stella has been nominated in 3 categories recently at the British Fashion Awards for Designer of the Year, Designer Brand of the Year and the Red Carpet Award.

In the Designer of the Year category, Stella goes head to head with Christopher Kane and Mary Katrantzou whilst she faces a fierce competition from other fashion giants like Alexander McQueen, Burberry and Mulberry for Designer Brand of the Year.

Designers Victoria Beckham, Roksanda Ilincic and Alessandra Rich are also up for the Red Carpet Award, which Stella won last year.
