Beyonce launches her BeyHive blog

Superstar Beyonce has launched a new lifetstyle blog 'The BeyHive' where she will share her weekly musings and inspirations as well as her favourite fan art with the world.

In a statement on her official website, Beyonce wrote: "The BeyHive Blog is my way of showing all the inspiring things I come across every single day. This is through my eyes. So many of you are making videos, painting -I want to show the world what you do and how much I appreciate you."

Under the heading "Hotlinks: What I'm reading, doing, loving wearing, hearing", the superstar has assembled a collage of some of the things that have rocked her world this week.

They include a passage from a Rebecca Solnit tome, Oscar-nominated films 'Argo' and 'Beasts of the Southern Wild', Christopher Marley mosaic art, pop duo The Pieces and some very cool shoes.

The 31-year-old star - who has 12-month-old daughter Blue Ivy with husband Jay-Z - appears to have modelled the new super-slick site on the rap mogul's own blog. Fans can set up a log-in free of charge to access 'The BeyHive' and will also be able to send her some of their own inspirations.
