H&M reveals model inspired collection

The high street retailer H&M has unveiled its new Icons collection, which is based on the street style of the 4 most popular models Joan Smalls, Liu Wen, Daphne Groeneveld and Lindsey Wixson.

Joan said: "The New Icon collection from H&M is very flattering and suits all of your needs. It's super cool and for your everyday girl who wants to look great and feel comfortable at the same time.

"I loved the look I was wearing because it's something I would see in the store and would want to wear."

Liu added: "These days I feel that every girl needs a perfect leather jacket to give themselves a cool factor. The jacket in this collection is amazing - [the whole collection] really fits into my personal style and it's something that I will definitely wear on a daily basis."

The collection - due to arrive in stores in April - is based on the individual styles of each girl and allows fans to create a model look of their own.

The four uber-stylish models will feature in the campaign, modelling items such as a leather jacket, a lace mini skirt, simple T-shirts and embellished vests as well as urban accessories like a wide-brimmed hat and a leather necklace.

H&M confirmed this week that superstar Beyonce is the face of their new summer ad campaign.
